This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Quaker Oats for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

In all the reading that I have done over the past year and a half on weight management, I have read that you need to eat small meals throughout the day.  I have to admit that I am not very good at this.  I tend to skip my mid-morning snack; therefore, I am starving my lunchtime.  I’d like to have a new snack option that is delicious, good for me, and will leave me feeling full so I can make it until lunchtime without snacking further and so I don’t inhale everything in sight when I do sit down for lunch.

Quaker has new Soft Baked Bars that I am eager to try.  Quaker is a company that I have always entrusted faith in providing wholesome food.  The Quaker Soft Baked Bar is made with real fruits and nuts.  Both flavors, which are Cinnamon Pecan Bread and Banana Nut Bread, sound delicious!  In addition to great flavors, they are also healthy for you.  They contain 5g of fiber, 6g of protein, 140 calories, as well as 5 B-Vitamins.  Personally, I envision eating these as a breakfast snack.  I am really looking forward to trying the Cinnamon Pecan Bread!

Not only do I believe that I will enjoy them, but I also think my husband and my kids will wish to try them.  It is now the end of the school year and my daughter is sick and tired of the same old snacks I have given throughout the year.  She is eager to mix things up a bit and I’m sure she would be interesting in trying the Banana Nut Bread bar.
